Hi there! My name is Sarah and I am a Registered Psychotherapist. I provide virtual services to people who may be experiencing a variety of challenges such as life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress, burn out, finding work-life balance, relationship concerns, ADHD, interpersonal issues and self-esteem. I use an integrative approach to therapy. Specifically, drawing from mindfulness, humanistic, systemic, and ACT therapies.
